I’m going to be taking a couple weeks off from making daily comic posts to the site. I have a couple of projects that are becoming very time consuming that I need to finish up, and will be making regular posts again once those are completed. Look for new comics to start again on July 27th. Thanks for your understanding!

One of the reasons for the recent redesign of this site was to allow for the addition of banners and today marks the first time they are appearing on DB Inks. It’s something I have intended from the get go, so this feels like a big accomplishment for me.
Our first advertiser is Sideshow Collectibles! Their banners are top notch in the industry and made by kick butt designers! ( Amy and Frank rock! )

Well as the regular visitors of this site may have noticed, I did a little redesign. I’m very excited to launch what I am calling ‘DB Inks Version 1.0′!
When I started this site it was more or less a challenge for myself to see if I would be able to commit to doing a daily post. So the web design aspect was really not that important to me. However after 2 months now without missing a daily post, the time has come to make this site a little more official.
Please take a look around, let me know what you think, and also let me know if you see something that looks a little odd. You can shoot me an email, or just leave a comment in the comments section of this post. One thing that you’ll notice right away is that only the most current comic will appear on the homepage. There are multiple ways to work your way back and forth through the archives. In the top right of the page you can look for the front and back arrows, or under the comic you’ll notice a ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ link. Plus multiple ways in the sidebar.
